IPStyle has defended the interests of large Ukrainian company in Antimonopoly Committee

Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined OJSC “Kyivkhlib” for using packaging for cake “Kazkovyy klyuchik” (“Fairy-tale key”) because of the similarity to the packaging of products of the Confectionery Corporation “Roshen”. Case was prepared and supported for Roshen by the experts of IPStyle Patent Law Company.

At the end of November 2017 Antimonopoly Committee issued the decision to impose a fine on OJSC “Kyivkhlib” for infringement of the legislation on protection against unfair competition.
