We are honored to host this year’s gathering in Ukraine as part of the annual American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Women in IP Global Networking Event. At IPSTYLE, supporting the women’s IP community is an important long-term commitment, which is why we are pleased to join this international initiative every year, creating space for connection, dialogue, and professional support.
This year’s theme, Rooted in Real: Women in IP Redefining the Narrative, inspired us to choose a tea ceremony format for our Kyiv event. For us, it symbolized grounding, being present in the moment, reflection, and an opportunity to slow down amid an intense professional pace. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we discussed careers, challenges, professional growth, support, and the strength of the women’s community.
The AIPLA Women in IP Global Networking Event is an annual international initiative coordinated by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) through its Women in IP Law Committee.
It is not a single event in one location, but a network of simultaneous gatherings held worldwide: taking place on the same day and spanning dozens of cities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
The main goal of these meetings is to bring together women in the field of intellectual property – through networking and knowledge exchange, discussions on key professional developments, fostering a strong professional community, and supporting the career advancement of women in IP. It is, in fact, one of the most recognizable global initiatives within the IP community focused on diversity and inclusion.
IPSTYLE has consistently supported the development of the women’s IP community as part of AIPLA Women in IP. Together, we are creating an environment where women in IP can grow, inspire, and support one another.
