Oksana’s area of expertise includes development and implementation of strategies for judicial protection of clients in disputes over infringements of intellectual property rights, judicial protection of intellectual property rights (representing clients at courts), advising on strategic issues of registration of IP objects, transfer of rights and licensing of IP in Ukraine and other jurisdictions, representing clients before administrative bodies in overcoming final refusals to register trademarks, as well as obtaining permits of inclusion of the official name of the state ‘Ukraine’ in the trademark.
