A Ukrainian company developing breakthrough solutions in aerospace technologies turned to IPSTYLE to protect its key innovations and build a reliable patent strategy.
Together with the startup team, we defined an optimal filing strategy that included patenting in Ukraine, preparing and submitting an international PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) application, as well as national applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the European Patent Office (EPO). This approach not only allowed the company to secure priority rights for its developments but also provided additional time to finalize its target countries and plan its budget effectively.
