Olha's practice includes building strategies for the protection and management of intellectual property in Ukraine and on the global market. She consults teams at various stages of development on setting up IP processes, patenting abroad, building IP portfolios to protect developments and attract investment. Olha has experience supporting projects for patenting technical solutions in Ukraine, the United States, in European countries directly and through the European Patent Office (EPO), in Canada, Australia, India, China, Korea, Japan, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates. Participates in projects on the development of IP RoadMaps and patent landscapes.
