EdPro works on the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of education and is the largest manufacturer of interactive panels in Ukraine.
Jointly with the client's specialists, IPSTYLE's Innovation Protection Practice team worked on obtaining patent protection for the "Method of manufacturing a contact element for modeling electrical circuits". The product, which is manufactured using the patented technology, is EdPro's own innovation and is used in laboratory and demonstration work in the course of electricity and magnetism in schools.
While working on the project, our team prepared all the necessary documents for patenting the solution and obtained a utility model patent in Ukraine.
After the client's request to scale patent protection to foreign markets, we filed an international patent application under the PCT procedure and subsequently supported the process until the patent was granted by the US Patent Office.
As a result of the joint work on the project, the client's solution has patent protection in Ukraine and the United States.
