Evgeniya specializes in counseling and managing projects of international clients on obtaining protection of IP objects through registration as well as litigation and enforcement cases. Her area of expertise includes providing initial advice on intellectual property issues, finding the best possible solutions for the protection of IP objects, as well as supporting patenting, trademark and copyright registration cases in the interest of the foreign IP rights holders.
