Commercialization of
Intellectual Property

As part of developing an intellectual property commercialization strategy, we will:

• Identify possible commercialization goals - sale of technology, licensing, collaboration and other monetization;
• Advise how to sell your technology or look for an investor for your technical solution (for example, participation in international exhibitions, registration at a patent exchange or crowdfunding platform, hiring a patent broker, participation in international grant programs, independent search for investments);
• Tell how to turn an idea into an object of patenting and build a patent portfolio, which will be attractive to investors and buyers of technology;
• Help you prepare for negotiations, create a presentation and prepare a package of documents for an investor;
• Tell what information should and should not be disclosed, and what documents to sign with a potential investor prior to such disclosure;
• Tell what not to do in the process of commercialization, thereby saving your financial and organizational resources.

1. An introduction meeting (offline or online) in which we'll talk about your ideas, technical solutions, developments, goals and opportunities. At the meeting, we will document directions, questions and your wishes for further research.

2. Direct work on the directions of commercialization, opportunities, risks and the like. All the work we put in writing and present to you (offline or online). You and your team have the opportunity to ask any questions on the developed commercialization strategy.

3. Depending on the chosen directions, we define our further joint actions - your preparation for negotiations, communication with the investor, our participation in the drafting of documents and presentation materials.
