Velta, one of the leaders in titanium technologies, continues to strengthen the global IP protection of its innovations. With the support of the IPSTYLE team, the client has received a positive decision from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) regarding another invention — this time in the field of integrated processing of titanium-containing feedstock.
"Working on patenting the invention titled 'Method for integrated processing of titanium-containing feedstock to obtain high value-added products based on titanium, iron, calcium and nitrogen' is by no means simple. A favorable opinion from the USPTO is not only recognition of the invention’s novelty but also a confirmation of its uniqueness for the global titanium industry.
The project began with the preparation of a complex patent specification documents in a highly technical field, in accordance with USPTO standards. With the involvement of U.S.-based patent representatives, IPSTYLE ensured full support throughout the application process, including responses to Office Actions, all the way to the Notice of Allowance issuance.
