The IPSTYLE team has obtained utility model patents for sensors on behalf of Integrated Technical Vision Ltd for its U-PROX security systems.
Integrated Technical Vision Ltd is a leading and one of the first manufacturers of security and access control systems in Ukraine, whose products are known under the U-PROX brand. The company is constantly working to improve its products to offer innovative solutions to the market.
The IPSTYLE Innovation Management Practice team, in cooperation with the client's technical specialists, developed a protection strategy, that included comparison of the sensors with the closest analogues. As a result, we drafted the necessary documents for patenting, supported the full process of applications prosecution up to the successful issuance of two utility model patents in Ukraine.
The client's innovative developments were granted patent protection, which guarantees rights in case of copying and infringement. U-PROX security systems and access control systems are already realized on sale.
