The citizen of Ukraine Sergey Poprotsky in 2009, has applied for a registration of a combined trade mark «Holotropic Breathwork, Holotropnoe Dyhanie (rus), Holotropne Dyhannya (ukr)» (http://www.holonavt.com/legal_base). And besides that he sent out other wishing to use the similar service threatening letters.

But experts of company "IPStyle" managed the protest this trade mark in favor of our client on the basis of that the “Holotropic Breathwork” is a general term. Therefore, word combinations «Holotropic Breathwork, Holotropnoe Dyhanie (rus), Holotropne Dyhannya (ukr)» have been excluded from a legal protection.

Now any interested person can use these words in its activity.
